Where do you deliver to?

For the moment, our site is configured for shipments to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

But do not hesitate to contact us by email if you are located in another country and you are interested in any of our products. We can arrange delivery directly with you.

What is free bike delivery in Brussels?

We are based in Brussels and we travel by bicycle. We can therefore easily arrange an appointment to deliver by hand, to the location of your choice, as long as it is located in the Bruxelles-Capitale region. This will save you postage costs since this type of delivery is free.

My product is not exactly the same as the one shown in the photo, why?

Due to their handcrafted and handmade manufacture, the product you receive may be slightly different from the photo shown.

But we try to be as precise as possible in the description of the product, and we try to put the most representative photos possible.

What post delivery method are available?

For the moment, only a “classic” delivery by Bpost is available. We are currently looking for the best formula for delivery by a private provider to bring more choice to our customers.

Do your products all come from Iran?

Yes, all of the products offered on this site were purchased in Iran. Including CD and DVD. Everything is imported and “made in Iran”. In the coming times, we may add some products from the Persian cultural area (Afghanistan, Tadjikistan…) but we then will precise it in our descritption.

Even works of art?

The works of art presented on this site have all been made by Iranian artists but it may happen that they reside in other countries.

Do you continue to operate during the lockdown period due to the Covid-19 epidemic?

We continue to offer our products but note that shipping times may lengthen due to overloading or closure of European posts. Delivery by bike continues in the Bruxelles-Capitale region. Note that regardless of the type of delivery chosen, we disinfect the products and package them at least 24 hours before shipping them. For delivery by bike, we comply with all physical distancing regulations.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We usually ship packages within 5 days of placing your order. Then the post office deadlines apply. So allow 7 to 10 days to receive your order. This is indicative and not a commitment on our part even if we obviously try to do it as quickly as possible.

About payment

I want to pay by VISA or MASTERCARD but I cannot find this means of payment

It is possible to pay by VISA or Mastercard credit card by choosing the Paypal payment method, then by checking the option “create an account” (which in reality is not compulsory) “

What is payment by Bancontact?

This is a payment method available only in Belgium.

Orders & Returns

How to order ?

Click on the icon on the bottom right of every product. Once your purchase is over, click on “See my cart”, confirm your order and follow the instructions. Leave us your adress, confirm your payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. You only need to wait for our delivery then!

How to cancel my order ?

You have the right to cancel your order free of charge and without providing a reason. Report it to us within 14 days of your order by emailing us at info@golobolbol.shop

It is possible that your order has already been shipped. Therefore, you will have to return the product to us to be refunded (See: “How to return a product?”)

How to return a product?

You have 14 days from the day of receipt of your order to return your product to us.

The first thing to do is to get in touch with us by email or phone to let us know that you want to make a return. We will check with you if this is possible and give you the procedure to return your products to us.

Once your products are received, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Please note that we will not take back products that are unsealed (such as CDs or DVDs) or that you have damaged, broken or soiled once the package has been opened.

Also note that we do not bear the cost of return shipping.
